Here is a schedule of Public Interpretation events for the Fall of 2011. Most of these begin at the Sabino Canyon Visitor Center.
Please keep in mind as you plan your visit that Sabino Canyon is an outdoor experience and requires sturdy shoes and adequate water for all activities that involve walking or hiking. Your leader will discuss this with you before leaving the Visitor Center. There will be no Monday, Sabino Secrets Nature Walk on December 5 and December 12, 2011. Walks will resume on December 19. Public Interpretation Schedule for Fall 2011. Sabino Canyon Bird Walks in concert with Tucson Audubon. Some of the Activities listed on this schedule have links to detailed information. Click on the activity to find out. Our Public Interpretation Program can enhance your group's (scouts, schools, adult groups etc.) visit to Sabino Canyon. We will arrange for a Naturalist to meet with your group, present various nature topics and/or lead a nature hike.
